Please note these healing times are an approximation only based upon the average healing times experienced by most clients. The rate at which your tattoo may heal is affected by a variety of factors – do not be overly concerned about if your tattoo heals slower than this guide.
Most tattoos are healed in the first 6 weeks but may need longer to fully heal.

Skin damage:
Numbing::
Before making an appointment, please keep in mind your holidays and tanning bed schedule, as being in the sun will damage the skin and therefore we won't be able to go through with the appointment. You will need to wait 6 weeks before going or and two weeks after coming back. For any mild burns after holiday, 6 weeks minimum is required.

You are welcome to apply numbing cream to the area on clean skin before your appointment. We recommend 'TKTX gold' numbing cream 1-2 hours before your appointment, making sure to wrap the area in cling film once applied. *Patch Test First!*

Shaving is not necessary before your appointment as I can do that for you, unless you feel more comfortable doing it yourself.. Please just be careful!

What to Bring:
You are more than welcome to bring along snacks and drinks. We do have some available in the studio and there are nearby stores also. Depending on how long the sessions is, you will get a lunch break and some smaller breaks throughout the day. If at any point you need another break, just let me know!

Once the session is over, cling film will be applied (if can) to help prevent any germs or rubbing of clothing on the area.

I take cash or bank transfer on the day, and for deposits. Deposits are deducted from the total on the day!

Cling Film:
Remove the cling film once you get home or within an hour of it being put on. Clean and pat dry if needed.
Try to wear loose clothing to cover the area to prevent any friction of clothing and do not shave for the first couple of days.
When showering, avoid high pressure and hot water and do not soak the area. Try to avoid any harsh chemicals in any products used. Use antibacterial soap and gently pat dry; DO NOT rub dry.
Keep the area dry for the first 2 days and then you can start applying some cream if needed. DO NOT pick any scabs as you do not want to disrupt the natural healing process and take out the ink.
You will need to wait a minimum of 4 weeks before I can do a touch up session. The first session is FREE, however if more sessions are needed, this will be £20. Please not placements such as hands and feet will likely need a few touch ups as they are high movement and contact areas.
